Section 4142 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (c); by redesignating subsections (d), (e), and
(f)as subsections (c),(d), and (e), respectively; and in subsection (e), as redesignated by paragraph (2), by striking Director and inserting Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment .
