Section 4862(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following new paragraphs: Stainless steel flatware. Dinnerware. . Paragraphs
(3)and
(4)of section 4862(b) of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), are repealed effective December 31, 2027.
