Section 873 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 10 U.S.C. 3702 note) is amended— in subsection (a)(2), by inserting , a multi-year procurement as defined by section 3501 of title 10, United States Code, a block buy or multi-ship buy authorized by Congress, or the after Small Business Innovation Research Program ; and in subsection (f), by striking October 1, 2024 and inserting October 1, 2029 .
