Section 1076a of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking January 1, 2026 each place it appears and inserting January 1, 2027 . Section 701(b) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 136 Stat. 2646) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking January 1, 2025 and inserting January 1, 2026 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking January 1, 2026 and inserting January 1, 2027 . Section 701(c) of such Act is amended by striking 2024, 2025, and 2026 and inserting 2025, 2026, and 2027 .
