Subchapter II of chapter 134 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 2264 the following new section: The Secretary of a military department may provide, without charge, high-speed internet access and wireless network connections to members of the armed forces who reside in military unaccompanied housing (as defined in section 2871 of this title) within the United States. . The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 134 of such title is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 2264 the following new item: 2265. Access to high-speed internet and wireless network connections for certain members of the armed forces. .
