Section 403(f)(2) of title 37, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D), and inserting subparagraphs
(B)and (C), ; in subparagraph (B)— in the first sentence, by striking pay grade E–4 or E–5 and inserting a pay grade below E–6 ; and in the second sentence, by striking for members serving in pay grades E–4 and E–5 ; and by striking subparagraph (D).
