Section 4173(c)(1)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in clause (i), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in clause (ii), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new clause: installation infrastructure, workforce, information technology, and other resources that support the activities of the Major Range and Test Facility Base. . Section 4173 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subsection
(i)as subsection (j); and by inserting after subsection
(h)the following new subsection: For the purposes of this section, infrastructure located on Kwajalein Atoll that supports the operations of test and range facilities of the Department of Defense shall be considered to be part of the Army Kwajalein Major Range and Test Facility Base and subject to the requirements of subsections
(e)and (f). This subsection shall have no effect on or after October 1, 2030. . Section 130i(j)(3)(C)(ix) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking sections 4173(i) and inserting section 4173(j) . Section 220(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note) is amended by striking sections 4173(i) and inserting section 4173(j) . Section 236(g) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 10 U.S.C. 4001 note) is amended by striking section 4173(i) and inserting section 4173(j) .
