Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of Local Defense Community and Cooperation shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the following: The cost of replacing or repairing all fire suppression systems at the former Army-Navy General Hospital, Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs, Arkansas. A summary of work needed to replace or repair all fire suppression systems at such property, including an estimate of the time it would take to replace or repair all such systems.
The steps required for the Secretary of the Army to execute a quitclaim deed covering any reversionary interest of the United States in such property.
