Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Air Force, in coordination with the Commander of United States Strategic Command and the Commander of Air Force Global Strike Command, shall submit to the congressional defense committees a plan that outlines the planned activities and resource timing for ensuring not fewer than two Air Force bomber wings will be prepared to operate, maintain, store, and secure the Long Range Standoff Weapon
(LRSO)by the date upon which initial operational capability is declared for the LRSO. Not later than 30 days after the submission of the plan required by subsection (a), the Secretary of the Air Force shall brief the congressional defense committees on the actions being pursued to implement the plan.
