Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2025 for operation and maintenance, Air Force, and available for the Secretary of the Air Force for the travel of persons, not more than 70 percent may be obligated or expended until the date on which the Secretary of the Air Force submits the plan required by section 1650 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 137 Stat. 601).
