Subsection (a)(1) of section 1279 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( 22 U.S.C. 8606 note) is amended, in the first sentence, by striking detect, map, and neutralize underground tunnels and inserting detect, map, maneuver in, and neutralize underground tunnels . Subsection (b)(4) of such section is amended by striking $50,000,000 and inserting $80,000,000 .
