Section 333 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: Disaster risk reduction or response operations. Space domain awareness and space operations. Foreign internal defense operations. ; and in subsection (g), by amending paragraph
(2)to read as follows: Amounts available in a fiscal year to carry out the authority in subsection
(a)may be used for programs under that authority that begin in such fiscal year and end not later than the end of the third fiscal year thereafter. .
