The Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq. ) is amended— in section 401A(d)(1)(B)(i) ( 20 U.S.C. 1070a–1(d)(1)(B)(i) ), by striking section 401(b)(2)(B) and inserting section 401(b)(2) ; in section 402D(d)(1) ( 20 U.S.C. 1070a–14(d)(1) )— by striking section 401(b)(2)(A) and inserting section 401(b)(1) ; and by striking described in section 401(b)(4) and inserting as described in section 401(b)(5) ; in section 435(a)(5)(A)(i)(I) ( 20 U.S.C. 1085(a)(5)(A)(i)(I) ), by striking under section 401(b)(2)(A) and inserting under section 401(b)(1) ; and in section 894(f)(2)(C)(ii)(I) ( 20 U.S.C. 1161y(f)(2)(C)(ii)(I) ), by striking section 401(b)(2)(A) and inserting section 401(b)(1) .
