Section 202 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3012 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(28)— by inserting or, as applicable and appropriate, evidence-informed practices that are likely to improve health outcomes, after services, ; and by inserting and practices after such services ; and in subsection (b)(9)(B)— by inserting or, as applicable and appropriate, evidence-informed practices that are likely to improve health outcomes, after services programs, ; and by inserting and practices after such services .
Section 361(a) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3030m(a) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by inserting , or, as applicable and appropriate, evidence-informed practices that are likely to improve health outcomes, before and information ; and in the second sentence, by inserting , and, as applicable and appropriate, evidence-informed practices that are likely to improve health outcomes, before in different settings . Section 411(a) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3032(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (15), by inserting or evidence-informed after evidence based ; and in paragraph (16), by inserting or evidence-informed after evidence based .
