Section 107(c) of such Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3122(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (2)(A), by striking once every 2 years and inserting during the first and during the third program year covered by the local plan ; and in paragraph (3)(B), by striking for 2 consecutive program years and inserting for the first 2 program years covered by the local plan or for the third, fourth, and fifth program years covered by the local plan . Section 116 of such Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3141 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(3)(A)(iv)(II)— by striking
(II)and all that follows through The State and inserting the following: The State ; and by striking third and fourth program years and inserting third, fourth, and fifth program years ; and in subsection (d)— in paragraph (2), in subparagraphs (D), (E), and (F), by striking the 3 preceding program years and inserting the 4 preceding program years ; and in paragraph (4), in subparagraphs (C), (D), and (E), by striking the 3 preceding program years and inserting the 4 preceding program years .
