Sec. 3. Implementation of requirements

Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director shall ensure that agencies have implemented the requirements of this Act. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Director shall brief the appropriate Congressional committees on implementation of this Act and related considerations.
