In this Act: The term County means Clark County, Nevada. The term Federal incidental take permit means an incidental take permit issued under section 10(a)(1)(B) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 ( 16 U.S.C. 1539(a)(1)(B) ) to— the Nevada Department of Transportation; the County; or any of the following cities in the State: Las Vegas. North Las Vegas. Henderson. Boulder City. Mesquite. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. The term State means the State of Nevada. The term unit of local government has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 ( Public Law 105–263 ; 112 Stat. 2343).
