In this Act: The term covered segment means a river segment designated by this Act or an amendment made by this Act. The term Secretary concerned means— the Secretary of the Interior, with respect to a covered segment under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior; and the Secretary of Agriculture, with respect to a covered segment under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of Agriculture. The term State means the State of Oregon.
