Sec. 431. Assessment of visa-free travel to and within Western Hemisphere by nationals of countries of concern

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees a written assessment of the impacts to national security caused by travel without a visa to and within countries in the Western Hemisphere by nationals of countries of concern. The assessment required by subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex. In this section, the term countries of concern means— the Russian Federation; the People's Republic of China; the Islamic Republic of Iran; the Syrian Arab Republic; the Democratic People's Republic of Korea; the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela; and the Republic of Cuba.
