Section 6705(a)(1) of the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 ( 22 U.S.C. 9412(a)(1) ) is amended by striking , and not less frequently than once each year thereafter provide a briefing to Congress, . Section 6722(b) of the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 ( 50 U.S.C. 3024 note; division E of Public Law 116–92 ) is amended by— striking paragraph (2); and redesignating paragraphs
(3)and
(4)as paragraphs
(2)and (3), respectively. Section 1261(e) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( 22 U.S.C. 2778 note; Public Law 112–239 ) is repealed. Section 1019(c) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 ( 50 U.S.C. 3364(c) ) is amended by striking December 1 and inserting February 1 . Section 5713 of the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 ( 50 U.S.C. 3369b ) is repealed. Section 6705 of the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 ( 22 U.S.C. 9412 ) is amended— by striking subsection (b); by striking the enumerator and heading for subsection (a); by redesignating paragraphs

(a)and (b), respectively, and moving such subsections, as so redesignated, 2 ems to the left; in subsection (a), as so redesignated, by redesignating subparagraphs
