Sec. 1109. Attorneys’ and agents’ fees

It shall be unlawful for more than 25 percent of an award paid pursuant to this title to be paid to, or received by, any agent or attorney for any service rendered to a person who receives an award under section 1104, in connection with the award under this title. Any agent or attorney who violates subsection
(a)shall be fined under title 18, United States Code.
