Section 1177 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 ( 33 U.S.C. 467f–2 note; Public Law 114–322 ) is amended— by striking subsection
(c)and inserting the following: The non-Federal share of the cost of a project for rehabilitation of a dam under this section, including the cost of any required study, shall be the same share assigned to the non-Federal interest for the cost of initial construction of that dam, including provision of all land, easements, rights-of-way, and necessary relocations. ; in subsection (e)— by striking the subsection designation and heading and all that follows through The Secretary and inserting the following: Except as provided in paragraph (2), the Secretary ; and by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall not expend more than $100,000,000 under this section for the Waterbury Dam Spillway Project, Vermont. ; in subsection (f), by striking fiscal years 2017 through 2026 and inserting fiscal years 2025 through 2029 ; and by striking subsection (g).
