Section 1113 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4232; 110 Stat. 3719; 136 Stat. 3782) is amended— in subsection (d)— by striking costs, and all that follows through except that and inserting costs, shall be as described in the second sentence of subsection
(b)(as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (136 Stat. 3691)), except that ; and by striking measure benefitting and inserting measure (other than a reconnaissance study) benefitting ; and in subsection (e), by striking $80,000,000 and inserting $100,000,000 .
