Section 729(d) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2267a(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (12), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (13), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: the Walla Walla River Basin; and the San Francisco Bay Basin. .
