Subject to subsection (b), using amounts available in the revolving fund established by the first section of the Civil Functions Appropriations Act, 1954 ( 33 U.S.C. 576 ), and not otherwise obligated, the Secretary may— design and construct an Operations and Maintenance Building in Galveston, Texas, described in the prospectus submitted to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives on May 22, 2024, pursuant to subsection
(c)of that section of that Act ( 33 U.S.C. 576(c) ), substantially in accordance with the prospectus; design and construct a warehouse facility at the Longview Lake Project, Lee's Summit, Missouri, described in the prospectus submitted to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives on May 22, 2024, pursuant to subsection
(c)of that section of that Act ( 33 U.S.C. 576(c) ), substantially in accordance with the prospectus; design and construct facilities, including a joint administration building, a maintenance building, and a covered boat house, at the Corpus Christi Resident Office (Construction) and the Corpus Christi Regulatory Field Office, Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, Texas, described in the prospectus submitted to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives on June 6, 2024, pursuant to subsection
(c)of that section of that Act ( 33 U.S.C. 576(c) ), substantially in accordance with the prospectus; and carry out such construction and infrastructure improvements as are required to support the facilities described in paragraphs
(1)through (3), including any necessary demolition of the existing infrastructure. In carrying out subsection (a), the Secretary shall ensure that the revolving fund established by the first section of the Civil Functions Appropriations Act, 1954 ( 33 U.S.C. 576 ), is appropriately reimbursed from funds appropriated for Corps of Engineers programs that benefit from the facilities constructed under this section.
