Section 8144 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (136 Stat. 3724) is amended— by striking comprehensive plan each place it appears and inserting plans ; in subsection (b)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Comprehensive plan ; and Implementation plans in paragraph (1)— by striking 2 years and inserting 4 years ; and by striking a comprehensive Chattahoochee River Basin restoration plan to guide the implementation of projects and inserting plans to guide implementation of Chattahoochee River Basin restoration projects ; and in subsection (j), by striking 3 years and inserting 5 years .
