Notwithstanding the requirements of section 133 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 2327a ), for purposes of that section, each of the following shall be considered to be an eligible pump station (as defined in subsection
(a)of that section) that meets the requirements described in subsection
(b)of that section: The flood control pump station, Hockanum Road, Northampton, Massachusetts. Pointe Celeste Pump Station, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.
