Section 104(b)(2)(A) of the River and Harbor Act of 1958 ( 33 U.S.C. 610(b)(2)(A) ) is amended— in clause (i), by striking each of fiscal years 2021 through 2024 and inserting each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029 ; and in clause (ii), by striking 2028 and inserting 2029 .
