Sec. 2306. Sale of Webster school

Not later than December 31, 2025, the Administrator of General Services (referred to in this section as the Administrator ) shall sell the property described in subsection
(b)at fair market value and for the highest and best use. The property referred to in subsection
(a)is the property generally consisting of Lot 822 of Square 375 at 940 H Street Northwest in Washington, District of Columbia, including the building known as the Webster School, subject to a survey, as determined appropriate by the Administrator. Any net proceeds received from the sale under this section shall be deposited into an account in the Federal Buildings Fund established by section 592(a) of title 40, United States Code (referred to in this subsection as the Fund ). On deposit of net proceeds into the Fund under paragraph (1), those net proceeds may only be expended pursuant to a specific future appropriation.
