Section 383N(a) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2009bb–12(a) ) is amended by striking $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2018 and inserting $40,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029 . Section 383O of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2009bb–13 ) is repealed.
