Section 1113 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4232; 110 Stat. 3719, 136 Stat. 3781) is amended— in subsection (d)— by striking The non-Federal and inserting the following: The non-Federal ; and by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Federal share of a reconnaissance study carried out by the Secretary under this section shall be 100 percent. ; and in subsection (e), by striking $80,000,000 and inserting $90,000,000 .
