Section 214(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 ( 33 U.S.C. 2352(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by adding at the end the following: The term Indian Tribe means— an Indian Tribe, as such term is defined in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 5304 ); and any entity formed under the authority of one or more Indian Tribes, as so defined. ; in paragraph (2)— by inserting Indian Tribe, after public-utility company, each place it appears; and in subparagraph (A), by inserting , including an aquatic ecosystem restoration project before the period at the end; and by striking paragraph (4).
