Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall— issue guidance for the purpose of carrying out section 210(c)(3)(B) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2238(c)(3)(B) ); and develop a mechanism to accept the non-Federal share of funds from a non-Federal interest for maintenance dredging carried out under such section.
