Section 201 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1151 ) is amended— in subsection (c)— by adding at the end the following: For fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029— 512,000 shall be substituted for 480,000 in paragraph (1)(A)(i); and 258,000 shall be substituted for 226,000 in paragraph (1)(B)(i)(i) of that paragraph. The additional visas authorized under subparagraph (A)— shall be issued each fiscal year; shall remain available in any fiscal year until issued; and shall be allocated in accordance with this section and sections 202 and 203. ; and in subsection (d), by adding at the end the following:
For fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029, 158,000 shall be substituted for 140,000 in paragraph (1)(A). The additional visas authorized under subparagraph (A)— shall be issued each fiscal year; shall remain available in any fiscal year until issued; and shall be allocated in accordance with this section and sections 202 and 203. .
