Eligibility for funding made available by this title of this Act for transfer from U.S. Customs and Border Protection—Operations and Support to Federal Emergency Management Agency—Federal Assistance for the Shelter and Services Program shall not be limited to entities that previously received or applied for funding for the Shelter and Services Program or the Emergency Food and Shelter-Humanitarian program.
