Section 636(b)(2) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3057k–21(b)(2) ) is amended by striking in-home assistance and inserting in-home assistance (including for the modification of homes that is necessary to facilitate the ability of older individuals to remain at home) .
