There is authorized to be appropriated— to the Director of the Bureau of Prisons such sums as may be necessary to carry out sections 2, 3, 4, and 6, and the amendments made by such sections; to the Director of the United States Marshals Service such sums as may be necessary to carry out sections 2, 3, 5, and 6, and the amendments made by such sections; and to the Bureau of Justice Assistance such sums as may be necessary to carry out section 7.
