The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 is amended— in section 2607A(b) ( 42 U.S.C. 8626a(b) ), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking low-income the first place it appears; and in section 2607B(e)(2)(B)(ii) (42 U.S.C.8626b(e)(2)(B)(ii)), by striking Low-Income . A reference in any other Federal law (other than that Act), Executive order, rule, regulation, or delegation of authority, or any document, of or relating to the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, shall be deemed to refer to the Home Energy Assistance Program.
