Sec. 7. Authorization of appropriations

To carry out sections 4, 5, and 6, including the amendments made by such sections, there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Labor, and the Secretary of the Treasury such sums as may be necessary. To carry out section 2, including the amendments made by such section, in addition to amounts otherwise made available for such purposes, there are authorized to be appropriated— to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, for purposes of carrying out the amendments made by subsection
(a)of such section— $15,200,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 and 2026; $17,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2028 and each fiscal year thereafter; and to the Secretary of Labor, for purposes of carrying out the amendments made by subsection
(b)of such section, $22,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter.
