Section 37(a)(1) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 ( 22 U.S.C. 2709(a)(1) ), as amended by section 203, is further amended by adding at the end the following: transnational violations of chapter 77 of title 18, United States Code, in which any part of the offense conduct occurred outside the United States or involved one or more foreign nationals; .
