Section 3 of the Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act ( Public Law 117–105 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by inserting and annually thereafter, after of this Act, ; and in subsection (c), by striking 2022 through 2024 and inserting 2025 through 2029 .
