The Secretary of Education shall provide technical assistance to elementary schools, secondary schools, and institutions of higher education under the Secretary's jurisdiction to assist those entities and the faculty and staff of those entities in avoiding covered relationships with covered persons. The Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Transportation, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Secretary of the Interior shall also provide such technical assistance to schools and institutions that are under their respective jurisdictions with respect to avoiding covered relationships with covered persons.
