Section 1866E of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395cc–5 ) is amended— in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1), by striking 10-year and inserting 12-year ; and in paragraph (5)— in the second sentence, by striking tenth and inserting twelfth ; and in the third sentence, by striking tenth and inserting twelfth ; and in subsection (h), by striking and $9,000,000 for fiscal year 2021 and inserting , $9,000,000 for fiscal year 2021, and $3,000,000 for fiscal year 2024 . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of Public Law 111–148 .
