Section 9 of the Wagner-Peyser Act ( 29 U.S.C. 49h ) is amended by adding at the end the following: States may use State merit staff or other staff allowable under part 200 of title 2, Code of Federal Regulations (or a successor regulation), to carry out the duties of employment service offices under this Act. .
