Section 922(s)(1) of title 18, United States Code, as amended by section 201 of this Act, is amended— in subparagraph (C), as so redesignated by such section 201— in clause (i), by striking ; or and inserting ; and ; and in clause (ii)— by striking subject to subparagraph (D), 3 business and inserting not less than 7 business ; and by striking , and the and all that follows and inserting ; and ; by striking subparagraph (D), as so redesignated by such section 201; and by redesignating subparagraph (E), as so redesignated by such section 201, as subparagraph (D).
Section 103 of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act ( 34 U.S.C. 40901 ), as amended by section 201, is amended by striking subsection (l). Section 12001(a)(3) of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act ( 18 U.S.C. 922 note; Public Law 117–159 ) is amended by inserting , except to the extent that those provisions of law were amended by the before the period at the end.
