Section 3501(a)(4)(B) of the James. M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ) is amended— by striking $30,000,000 and inserting $80,000,000 ; and by inserting , except that a covered training entity may not receive more than $10,000,000 under such section for a fiscal year after United States Code . There are authorized to be appropriated $80,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 for the Maritime Centers of Excellence, including to make grants authorized under section 51706 of title 46, United States Code.
Section 51706(b) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: A covered training entity may not receive more than $10,000,000 under this section for a fiscal year. .
