The designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a foreign terrorist organization under section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1189 ), and sanctions applicable to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps pursuant to that designation, shall remain in effect and continue to apply, and may not be modified, until the termination date described in section 10.
