Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services shall submit to Congress a report on integrity efforts of the Health Resources and Services Administration with respect to programs carried out by the Health Resources and Services Administration. Such report shall include an assessment of— the ways in which the Administrator of the Health Resources and Services Administration (referred to in this section as the Administrator ) determines reasonable efforts are continuously made to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with health care providers; the ways in which the Administrator ensures quality and continuity of care for underserved areas; and the extent to which the Administrator validates the financial responsibility of and use of grant funding by community health centers.
