Section 528(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1103g(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out part D $150,000,000 for fiscal year 2024 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the 5 succeeding fiscal years. .
