Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Administrator of the Agricultural Research Service, shall— prepare a report describing the resources needed to increase the research conducted on certified organic agricultural land, as determined by the Administrator of the National Agricultural Statistics Service; and submit the report prepared under paragraph
(1)to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate.
